With over 12 years of experience in the industry, Heather has proven herself both a talented and versatile artist. She received her education at Paul Mitchell and continued refining her craft as a Redken Certified Design Stylist. Additionally, Brazilian Blowout certified. She’s gifted in balayage and lived-in color, as well as advanced cutting and loves doing something different day by day. She enjoys using new techniques on her guests, keeping her skills fresh and current. When not behind the chair, Heather loves traveling and exploring new places around the globe.

Morgan, born & raised a Michigan girl, was ready to trade in those Great Lakes for the salty ocean lifestyle and her heart always longed to be in Florida. She prides herself on her authenticity and integrity, in and out of the salon. Her passion runs deep for all things hair but especially for high impact blondes, lived-in blondes and extensions. In her free time, you’ll find her doing anything her sweet pup wants to do, searching for a new brewery to enjoy, or soaking up the sun at the beach/pool. She would love to connect with you

Originally from Western Massachusetts and now a proud FL resident since 2020, Eliza has been in the hair industry since 2010 and has been a licensed professional since 2015. Known as our color correction queen, she's ready to tackle any challenge that comes her way with expertise and creativity. When she's not working her magic behind the chair, you'll likely find her lost in a good book. Eliza is the easiest person to talk to, making everyone who sits in her chair feel like an old friend from the moment they meet.

Outside of work, she enjoys Pilates, yoga, and spending time with her two dogs!

Originally from Las Vegas, Bridget moved to Florida in August 2024 to experience a different lifestyle away from the desert, and closer to the coast. Being from the entertainment capital of the world, she is passionate about hospitality and creating a luxurious experience for her guests. A recent cosmetology grad, Haley is now assisting in the salon as she works her way toward taking her own guests on the floor. Her passion for beauty, style, and making people feel their best shines through in everything she does.

Margarita brings a vibrant mix of Pennsylvania roots and Greek heritage to the salon, proudly speaking Greek and bringing warmth wherever she goes. She’s happiest with sand beneath her feet and the ocean breeze in her hair—there’s nothing like a beach day to recharge her soul. Behind the chair, Margarita finds purpose in making women feel confident and beautiful, and she pours her heart into every appointment. Her warm energy, attention to detail, and love for connecting with people make her a natural in this industry.

A Florida native with a deep love for hair, water activities, and reggae music, Kailey specializes in high contrast balayage and stunning brunettes. With a career in the hair industry starting in 2008, Kailey has honed her craft through educating at Paul Mitchell Schools from 2013 to 2020, where she also served as the Education Director. In 2022, she founded Drift Salon, bringing her expertise and passion to her own space.
