Cancellation policy

At DRIFT Blonding and Balayage Salon, we understand that life happens and things come up. If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment or need to change your appointment date and/or time, please call or text us at (727) 220-6746 as soon as possible. Any cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged a non-refundable service fee totaling 60% of your scheduled service. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. We value our customers, and we know you value us too. Thank you for your understanding.

Refunds

At DRIFT, we want you to 100% LOVE your hair! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your hair or your service, please let us know as soon as possible via text or phone call at (727)220-6746. We strive to provide the absolute best service to all of our guests and we want you to be fully satisfied with your experience. Refunds will not be provided as time and product have already been utilized to create your desired look. Our artists are happy to provide a complimentary adjustment service within one (1) calendar week of your original service if for any reason you are not satisfied. We value our guests and want to provide you with nothing but the best quality and service possible.

Drink policy

We strive to create an inviting and relaxing environment for all of our guests while in the salon. We offer a variety of complimentary alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for anyone receiving a service. While we love to have a great time, we do have an alcoholic beverage maximum of (2) drinks to ensure the safety and well-being of our clients. Drift Blonding and Balayage Salon is not held liable for any property damage, charges, injuries, or deaths that may occur due to the consumption of alcohol during or immediately after a client’s scheduled service. Drift Blonding and Balayage Salon will not serve alcohol to anyone who is a minor, who is prior to their service under the influence of drugs or alcohol, who is disorderly, or who will consume alcohol in any vehicle on the premises.
